Drug Information Center
The Drug Information Center is an office that is available to the public which provides confidential, accurate, unbiased information on drugs and alcohol. Our goal is to provide information to any person that has a question regarding drugs, alcohol, and their effects on the body, behavior, mind, society, health, and the law. People can receive information by phone, mail, e-mail, our web page or in person.

Legal Information Center
The Legal Information Center (LIC) serves three functions. We provide information and referral services to students who walk in, call, or email the office with legal questions. We are an informal law school advising resource. We put on events and programs designed around common student legal concerns and current issues.

Lesbian/Gay/Bisexual/Transgender Alliance
The Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender alliance is a student organization which supports Lesbians, Gay men, Bisexuals, people who identify as Transgender, and their Allies in the various stages of the coming out process, in the creation and affirmation of positive self-identities, and in the promotion and defense of their human and civil rights.

Sexual Awareness Center
The Sexual Awareness Center is a part of the Associated Students' (A.S.) Resource and Outreach Programs. The SAC has a library of books, articles, pamphlets and community resoucre referrals. Topics include anything relating to sexuality issues. Such as birth control, male and female sexual health, communication and intimacy in relationships, sexually transmitted infections, abstinence, HIV/AIDS, sexual harassment, domestic violence, sexual assault, sexism, gender issues, and pregnancy are only some of the subjects our office explores. We're here to help you explore the jungle of sexuality

Social Issues Resource Center
The purpose of the Social Issues Resource Center (SIRC) is to provide the campus community an opportunity to exchange ideas and become aware of social issues by serving as a central coordinating office for resources and information for student and community activists, maintaining a library of current books, newspapers and magazines relating to social justice issues, and serving as a networking center for related AS clubs and community organizations. The center is also responsible for producing events which further the political, social, economic and cultural awareness of members of the campus and Bellingham community. Historically politics and public debate on issues of peace, equality and justice have been an integral part of the SIRC

Veteran's Outreach Center
The VOC brings up to date and accurate information on your Veteran's benefits. We are here for you! The WWU Veteran's Outreach Center is part of the Resource Outreach Programs (ROP) located in the Viking Union rm 528. The VOC's mission is to provide information, advocacy, activities, special information fairs, and peer education about Veteran's benefits.

Women's Center
The Women's Center is dedicated to reinventing traditional feminisim so that it incorporates the way that race, class, gender, age, ability, sexual oriendation, etc. intersect with one another. We are interested in encouraging and facilitating activism in a new generation of feminists, in raising awareness about issues that affect the lives of diverse groups of women, and in providing an empowering environment for people to support and challenge each other with the goal of reaching the most encompassing feminism possible on Western's campus and in the community.
