I am running for Vice President of Legislative and Governmental Affairs because I am experienced, have a passion for civic engagement and am dedicated to serving Western students. After spending three months in Olympia, representing western students to the Governor, state legislature and congress, I have the experience necessary to run this office. I came up with idea for the Students for Civic Engagement club, I've listened to students across campus, asked you what your priorities were and as a result fought for student representation, funding for childcare and campus safety I am dedicated to your priorities.
