I grew up in Pacific, WA, with one sibling, Steven and two amazing parents, Eric and Judy. I owe much of my success to their love and support. I had the privilege of a great education in the Auburn school district and I feel honored every day to be a Viking. I enjoy reading, the outdoors, crafts, political discourse and exploring Bellingham. I would like to be a high school teacher.
As VP for Academic Affairs, I intend to maintain a strong relationship with WWU administrators, accurately and faithfully represent student needs, continue the process of evaluating and streamlining Western's academic policies (especially those concerning GURs and writing proficiency classes), and be a dedicated, respectful and active A.S. Board member.
